Our virtual hands-on EV3 robotics camp integrates live online instructor-led classes and virtual simulations to learn to program Lego EV3 robots. No real robot is needed as students program a virtual robot to complete a series of exciting challenges using the programming concepts covered in the online classes. Camps will run daily from 9:00-11:00, split between live online sessions (9:00-10:00) and programming/testing sessions on the simulator. Simulation Labs can be completed online from 10:00-11:00 (with instructors available for questions) or anytime afterwards, but prior to the next day’s live online class. REQUIREMENTS: Campers must have access to a Windows PC, download and install EV3 programming software, and install the virtual brick software. The EV3 software is free and we will provide a temporary license for the virtual brick software. Camps will run Monday through Friday for two consecutive weeks.
